Warranty Terms and Procedure


Limited Warranty

Verde GSE Inc. (“Verde”), warrants that all Preconditioned Air (“PCA”) products sold and commissioned directly by Verde (a) will conform to the description, if any, on the face hereof, (b) will be conveyed free and clear of any lien, security interest or encumbrance created by seller or any party claiming by, through or under seller, and (c) will be free from substantial defects in material and workmanship under normal use given proper installation and maintenance for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise stated. Warranty is for parts only. Verde shall have the right either to replace or repair any defective products/components, to refund the purchase price upon return of the products or to grant a reasonable allowance because of such defects, and seller's liability and purchaser's exclusive remedy for defective products shall be limited solely to replacement, repair, refund or allowance as seller may elect. Seller shall be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate all claims and no products shall be returned to seller until after inspection and approval by seller and receipt by purchaser of a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
The limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to refurbished products or products that were resold by unauthorized resellers. Verde reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, modify and amend this warranty policy at any time

  • 1 For warranty to apply, the PCA unit must remain at the location where Verde originally commissioned; or
  • 2 If customer relocates the unit, notification to and approval from Verde must be received. Verde requires re-commissioning of relocated PCA units. If approval and subsequent re-commissioning is not performed and logged, warranty is null and void.

Note: Customer is responsible for all travel and labor costs incurred for recommissioning of relocated units.

Warranty Process & Procedure

  • 2 Our support personnel will assist in troubleshooting your issue
  • 3 If it is determined that a replacement part is needed, a case # will be provided
  • 4 You will then need to submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through the Verde GSE portal
  • 5 You will choose an RMA level: Basic, Free Ground, 2-Day or Next-Day Shipping. Customers who choose Basic will be required to ship the defective part to Verde first. Once received, Verde will ship (via UPS ground) the replacement part. Customers that choose basic will not be required to supply a credit card, but the replacement process will be based on how long the customer takes to return the defective part. Customers that choose Free Ground Shipping will be supplied a free return label for the defective unit. Verde will ship out the replacement part via UPS ground. Customer will be required to provide a credit card that will only be charged if the defective unit is not received in 30 days or if the part is determined to be in working order or damaged due to customer. Customers that choose 2-Day or Next-Day Shipping will follow the same process as Free Ground shipping but will have the delivery of their new parts expedited. Shipping fees will be conveyed prior to shipping replacement parts and fees will be billed to the specified credit card on file.
  • 6 Once the RMA is verified, if Free Ground, 2-Day or Next-Day is chosen the customer will receive a return label via email from Verde. Verde will ship the replacement device via UPS and length will be dependent on chosen shipping method. Use the provided label to ship the defective unit back to Verde. If Basic is chosen, you the customer will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to Verde using your own generated shipping label.

The warranty period of the replacement unit shall not be extended and is to be calculated from the product's original purchasing date.

Replacement parts(s) will be sent via the best way often through UPS ground, USPS ground or LTL freight. Additional shipping options are available for an extra fee.

A credit card number will be requested and will only be charged if the customer fails to return the defective unit within 30 days after receiving the replacement unit.

Verde GSE reserves the right to reject or return product(s) returned without all pieces/parts or an assigned case number and associated RMA
