Service contract options include:
Customers can rest assured that their ground support equipment is properly maintained and fully operational with the full service option. This option provides onsite repair, routine preventative maintenance, parts inventory, parts purchasing, receiving, and installation. Typically, this option includes a part-time to full-time onsite Verde technician(s) dedicated to the support of your equipment.
The preventative maintenance option provides routine, onsite maintenance services and parts per the recommended interval schedule.
“On-call”, job-based service and maintenance options
We know not every customer has a long-term need and that product malfunctions and issues occur at any time. In these instances, we will deploy a technician to your site to quickly diagnose and repair your equipment.
In addition to our service options, Verde also offers full Preconditioned Air unit (PCA/ACU) product installation. Who better to install your new PCA/ACU unit than a manufacturer of PCA/ACU equipment?
